Qualified Construction was founded in Novi to do one thing well: deliver remodeling and construction work that holds up — done on schedule, on budget, and without the typical contractor headaches.
Our story
We started as a small finish-carpentry crew in Oakland County and grew into a full-service general contractor by doing exactly what we said we'd do — and showing up when we said we'd be there.
Today we run dedicated project managers, in-house carpenters, electricians, and plumbers across five Metro Detroit counties. We're large enough to handle complex commercial build-outs and small enough that you still get the owner's cell number.
Every project carries a written contract, a fixed schedule, daily site cleanup, and a two-year workmanship warranty — because that's how we'd want our own homes built.
